How routing works
Why we cover neighbourhoods, not the whole map
A 24-hour turnaround only holds if collection routes are dense. Spreading thin across a whole city means longer drives, missed windows and broken promises.
So we open one neighbourhood at a time and only when we can staff it properly. It is a slower way to grow, and it is the reason our delivery windows mean something.

Available in our densest routes for orders collected before the morning cut-off.
Next-day standard
The default across every area we serve, including outlying neighbourhoods.
Bulk collections
Offices, hostels and PGs get a fixed recurring slot rather than ad-hoc pickups.
